Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking a Session

Sessions can be booked easily through the online scheduling system. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details, including payment instructions.

All sessions are subject to availability and are considered reserved once the booking process is completed.


Payment

The fee for your session is clearly displayed at the time of booking.

Payment is typically completed after booking via bank transfer. Payment instructions will be shared with you in your confirmation email.

I kindly ask that payment is completed within 7 days after booking. If your session is scheduled sooner, payment can be made anytime before or shortly after the session.

An invoice will be provided after payment is received.


Rescheduling & Cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel your session free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.

If something unexpected comes up, please feel free to reach out. I understand that circumstances can change, and I will always do my best to find a suitable solution.


Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session, the session may need to be shortened accordingly to respect other scheduled appointments. The full session fee will still apply.


Communication

If you need to reschedule, cancel, or have any questions, you can do so via the booking confirmation email or by contacting me directly.
